Paula Waters is a licensed Realtor, with Georgia West Realty, Carrollton, GA. She has served generations successfully in Georgia and Alabama since 1988.
Her goals and aspirations as a realtor are to serve as a compassionate leader helping them in this process. Taking the “I” out of the equation and being a good listener, makes for a better servant attitude in obtaining the desires of their heart. Finding her clients their dream home has always come naturally for Paula, because she takes pride in being a good listener, so she understands just what the buyer is looking for! Warmth and care for those she serves continues to be an attribute that has brought her much satisfaction and success.
After being in the business for many years, Paula has been selected as Rookie of the Year, Realtor of the Year, Realtor Hall of Fame, Board President and many other committees, both state and local, throughout the years. You can see, serving is her niche! The height of her education has been obtaining her ABR, CRS, GRI, as well as certification in divorce representation, short sales and new homes, to mention only a few.
